Emergency Plumber MA operates a dispatch and referral service that connects homeowners experiencing plumbing emergencies with licensed plumbing professionals in Massachusetts. We are a technology and dispatch platform - we are not a plumbing company and do not perform plumbing work.

When you submit a service request through our website, we match you with an available, licensed plumber in our network. That plumber contacts you directly and, if you choose to proceed, performs the plumbing work as an independent contractor - not as an employee or agent of Emergency Plumber MA.

Not a Plumbing Company

Emergency Plumber MA does not provide plumbing services directly. We do not employ plumbers. The plumbers in our network are independent, licensed professionals who operate their own businesses. Any agreement for plumbing work is between you and the plumber directly.

We verify that plumbers in our network hold valid Massachusetts plumbing licenses at the time they join our network. However, we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any plumbing work performed.

No Guarantee of Availability

While we strive to connect you with a plumber as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that a plumber will be available in your area at the time of your request. Availability depends on demand, time of day, weather conditions, and the number of plumbers in our network serving your location.

If we are unable to match you with a plumber, we will notify you as quickly as possible so you can seek assistance elsewhere.

Pricing and Payment

Using our dispatch service is free for homeowners. You pay nothing to Emergency Plumber MA for being connected with a plumber.

The plumber will provide you with a quote for any work before beginning. Pricing, payment terms, and warranties for plumbing work are between you and the plumber. Emergency Plumber MA has no involvement in pricing or payment for plumbing services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emergency Plumber MA, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our Service
• Any plumbing work performed by plumbers in our network
• Any damages to your property resulting from plumbing work or plumbing emergencies
• Any delays in connecting you with a plumber
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is $0 for homeowners).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emergency Plumber MA, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

Modifications to Terms
